Louisiana Center for Disordered Eating strongly believes in the importance of multi-disciplinary treatment to appropriately and effectively treat clinical and sub-clinical eating disorders. We strive to work closely with both physicians and psychiatrists in the local Baton Rouge community in order to more effectively and comprehensively meet our client's needs.

Many of our clients already have close working relationships with treating physicians. If you are currently working with a physician and/or psychiatrist, we will be happy to consult with your provider in order to coordinate your care and provide continuity in treatment. For individuals who do not currently have a physician and/or psychiatrist, but would like to begin receiving these treatment services, Louisiana Center for Disordered Eating will gladly provide referral information for experienced community providers.
