Louisiana Center for Disordered Eating accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans for individual therapy services. Nutrition Services are not covered by insurance. 

 

Receipts are provided for clients who plan to seek reimbursement through their insurance company or flexible spending plans. Receipts will include all necessary billing/coding information that can be used for reimbursement applications.
