Psychological treatment can come in many different forms. Choosing the right treatment modality is an important part of the journey. Dr. Stokes is dedicated to meeting the needs of client's seeking mental health services and personal growth.

Many psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disturbance, and substance abuse are contributing factors in the development of disordered eating behaviors. For some individuals, emotional difficulties may develop secondary to an eating disorder.
