Rachel Stokes, PsyD
Dr. Rachel Stokes is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 21 years of experience working in mental health treatment centers and private practice settings. Dr. Stokes is passionate about helping individuals in their process of personal change and growth. She works closely with clients who are addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, body image concerns, and other psychological difficulties.
Originally from Florida, Dr. Stokes received her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. For over a decade, Dr. Stokes served as the director of the LSU Student Health Center, Eating Disorder Treatment Team. She is the owner and founder of Louisiana Center for Disordered Eating, LLC where she provides treatment for eating disorders and body image concerns.

Leslie Sullivan Elkins, MD, MS, RD
Dr. Leslie Elkins is a family physician and registered dietitian with over 20 years of patient care experience. She currently provides nutrition counseling and has over 10 years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders.

Dr. Elkins received her medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2001. She received her Master's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Alabama in 2023 and her Registered Dietitian degree in 2025. She is passionate about the field of nutrition and promoting an individualized approach to health and wellness through food.
